Sarah Grocutt, founder of FitnessExcel Teacher Training Academy is an educational training provider who delivers high quality instructor courses ranging from Level 2 Sports Coaching and Health Related Activities for Children, which is approved by OFSTED to Level 3 Certificates in Personal Advanced Fitness Instruction, Certificate in Level 3 Nutrition, Certificates in Teaching Matwork Pilates, Level 3 Sports Conditioning and Exercise to Music. Our courses are approved by CYQ, QCA (Quality Curriculum Authority), some courses have advanced modules in modern foreign languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian and Mandarin. Once successfully completed students will achieve a Business Certificate in their chosen language, accredited through the UK Occupational Standards Authority. Our courses are industry based qualifications which develop transferable skills for life. There is also the opportunity to participate in an internship, work experience for a short period of time in another EU country.
All our courses are run over weekends or consecutive week days. Our combined distance learning courses are combined with e-learning interactive resources to enable students and teachers to learn at their own pace together with home tutoring. FitnessExcel Training Academy delivers high quality training to small groups and focuses on niche, tailored training for individuals. We can deliver courses to your school or university. Our Young Leaders Fitness Assistant Instruction Level 1 course is aimed at 14-15 year old students looking to gain a recognised industry qualification. This qualification is an introductory level course and can be studied alongside GSCE's. FitnessExcel also offers work based learning for small groups of individuals.
