Guildhall Back Care Centre 

Guildhall Back Care Centre is situated on the Alcester Road in Kings Heath and is owned by Andrew Leask, Osteopath and his team of practitioners. One of the three receptionists is Marilyn pictured, along with Hazel and Margaret who is the first port of call at this busy practice.

Individual Pilates classes take place in one of our rooms, which include postural analysis, assessments, medical and health consultations and an individual training plan suited to your lifestyle and needs, nutrition plans, goal setting, stress management, sports massage, fitness and exercise plans are other services provided by Sarah Grocutt at the clinic.

Small group Pilates classes take place in the wonderful, light, attic studio with sky lights and wooden floor. Group classes are limited to 6 people only on 6 week block sessions. We provide mats and small pieces of equipment. Sessions are run:

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm
Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm
Sundays 3.00-4.00pm

Certificate in Teaching Training Pilates Level 3 – takes place at Guildhall Back Care Clinic on Sundays 12.00-6.00pm, over 5 consecutive Sundays plus combined distance learning. You can start the course any time, small groups take place in our Attic Studio. Contact Sarah 07967 482510

Personal Fitness Training Sessions - Individual 1:1

Are you training for a marathon or triathalon and need to develop some specific fitness training. Maybe you are looking for a general fitness session to help get you fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We run training sessions and meet in the gym every Wednesday 5.00-6.30pm. When you first arrive at the session we will conduct a lifestyle/medical questionnaire and needs analysis to establish what your goals are: Our sessions start with a warm up, aerobic session and strength & conditioning session, followed by matwork cooldown and stretching. Groups are limited with numbers.
